User experience researcher bridging sociological rigor with impact oriented design
Hi, I’m Bethany–I explore how empathy-driven research can transform user experiences across complex product-service systems. My work combines impact design; systems thinking; and qualitative and quantitative research methods to shape long-lasting consumer solutions. My projects empower users to step into the role of creator; I believe the best product-service solutions bring out the designer in each of us.
With a background in sociology and systems thinking, I approach design problems by blending the theoretical with the practical, always striving to render complex challenges intuitive and approachable.
Design research is a process that should simplify as much as it discovers. I bridge research and impact so that service systems support designs that build human creativity, intuition, and connection.
